How does the generation work?

You describe what you want or pick a starting style. Our system creates 3 variations using a state-of-the-art image model. You pick one, choose your size and frame, and we print and ship it. The whole process takes about 60 seconds plus delivery time.

Can I just upload my own image?

Not yet, but it is on the roadmap. Right now we focus on generated work because the quality bar for print-ready files is high and uploads need additional moderation. If you have a piece you want printed, email us and we will work with you directly.

How long does shipping take?

About 7 business days from order. We print and frame within 48 hours, then it ships tracked and insured. You get an email with tracking when it leaves the warehouse.

What if I don't love it?

We will redo your piece once for free. If you still are not happy, we offer a full refund within 30 days. No restocking fees, no questions about why.

What sizes do you offer?

Four standard sizes: 12 by 16 inches, 16 by 20, 18 by 24, and 24 by 36. All four work with all three frame options. The piece is scaled to look right at whichever size you pick.

Are the frames real wood?

Yes. FSC-certified solid wood, sourced from managed forests. Black, natural oak, or white. No MDF, no veneer, no plastic.

How long will the print last?

Our pigment-hybrid inks are rated for 75+ years of fade resistance under normal display conditions. The paper is 200gsm archival semi-gloss. The frame and mount are designed for decades of life.

Can I see it in my room before I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every product page has a room visualizer that scales the piece accurately into a generic living room, bedroom, or hallway. Phase 2 will include AR viewing on your actual wall.

What about copyrighted artists?

We deliberately avoid generating work in the style of specific living artists or referencing copyrighted characters. Our style references go to art-historical movements (Impressionism, Bauhaus, Color Field) rather than individual living artists.

How do free credits work?

Five credits when you land. Five more when you confirm your email. Each generation costs one credit and produces 3 variations to choose from. After your free credits, additional credits are 99 cents each, or included free with your first purchase.

We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. More countries coming as we expand fulfillment partners.

Can I become a partner artist?

Yes. We are accepting applications for our artist program where you earn 20% on every piece sold from your collection. Apply on the artists page.
