Use of the service

Pentimento provides personalised art generation, printing, and fulfillment. By using the service you agree not to generate prompts that infringe copyright, depict minors in suggestive contexts, attempt to recreate the work of specific living artists, or violate applicable law.

Generated content

You retain rights to use the artwork generated from your prompts for personal display. Pentimento retains the right to use generated images in aggregated, anonymized form to improve the service. We do not sell your prompts or your generated images to third parties.

Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe. Our refund and remake policy is described on the Shipping & Returns page and applies to all orders.

Intellectual property

Pentimento and its branding are property of the company. The underlying generation models are licensed from third parties under their respective terms. Style references on this site are to art-historical movements rather than living artists.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. We strive for high print quality and accurate generation but cannot guarantee specific outcomes from a given prompt. Our remake guarantee covers cases where the result does not match your expectations.
