You are trusting a piece of your wall to a studio you just met. We do not take that lightly. Every piece is generated for you and printed to order on archival paper, and we stand behind how it turns out. If your print arrives damaged or the quality is not right, send a photo and we will remake it, free.
Acrylic glazing and rigid packaging mean almost everything arrives flawless. If yours shows a print defect or any transit damage, send one photo within 14 days and a fresh framed piece ships immediately, at no cost to you.
If the print quality is off, the color is wrong, or the wrong piece showed up, send a photo and our studio remakes it. There is nothing to mail back: a one-of-one piece cannot be resold, so the photo is all we need. We print and ship the replacement on us.
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out with you, case by case. We would rather make it right than leave you with a piece you cannot use.
Every Pentimento piece is one of one. It is generated from your idea, then printed and framed for your order alone, which means there is no shelf to put a return back on. A strict return policy would just push that cost onto you. A remake fixes the actual problem: it gets the right piece onto your wall. We carry the cost of the reprint so the decision to try us stays an easy one.
