What we collect

When you use Pentimento we collect: your email address, prompts you submit, generated images tied to your account, order details, shipping address, and standard analytics about how you use the site. If you sign in via Google through Clerk, we receive your email and name.

How we use it

To deliver the product you ordered. To send order updates. To improve generation quality and the site experience. To send occasional marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Who we share with

Stripe (for payment processing). Gelato (for order fulfillment). Resend and Klaviyo (for transactional and marketing email). PostHog and Google Analytics (for product analytics). We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication, cart persistence, free credit tracking for anonymous users, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features will not work.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing privacy@pentimento.art. Account deletion will preserve order records as required by law and tax regulations.
